The Farm Bill means saying yes to a blanket pesticide liability shield which means no American who is harmed can sue. Not only would it block pesticide victims from bringing lawsuits, it would severely restrict the EPA's authority to regulate pesticides and completely eliminate states' power to protect us.
We ask members of the Agriculture Committee and Congress to strike Sections 10204–10207 from the Farm Bill.
